TERMINATION PROCESS
In the event that tradesmen and craftsmen who practice more than one profession give up on performing one of these professions, the process of leaving the profession is made.
Again, if the person concerned quits his/her profession and starts another professional activity; First of all, due to the profession that he will start to practice, the registration process is done, and then the profession is left because of the profession that he ends his activity.
REGISTER TERMINATION PROCESS
As stated in Article 8 of the Law on Professional Organizations No. 5362, titled Termination of Membership;
1. Those who are constantly out of the working area of ​​the room.
2. Those who have lost any of the conditions specified in Article 7 or those who are found out to have no one of these conditions.
3. Those who are permanently banned from practicing their art and profession.
4. Tradesmen and Craftsmen who have not re-established tax liability within six months from those who have had their tax liability canceled
It has met the necessary conditions for the cancellation process.
If the qualification of tradesman and craftsman ends, the person concerned has to notify the situation to the Registry within 30 days at the latest. Accordingly, the record in the registry is deleted with the application of the relevant person.
Required Matters for Deregistration from the Tradesmen Registry Office ( 2020 )
Photocopy of Power of Attorney (If the person will not have his/her registration deleted, the Power of Attorney and photocopy of the identity card of the person who will cancel the registration must be with him during the leaving process.)
A document showing that the tradesman's registration has been deleted from the Tradesmen's Chamber is required.
