Adana Union of Chambers of Craftsmen and Craftsmen (Adana ESOB) President Niyazi Göger said that holidays mean unity, togetherness and sharing.

The traditional holiday ceremony of the Adana Union of Chambers of Craftsmen and Craftsmen, which was held on the occasion of the Feast of Sacrifice, was hosted by our Union President Niyazi Göger.

Our President Niyazi Göger, who spoke at the festive ceremony where the participation was intense and the messages of unity and solidarity were given, emphasized that the holidays are exceptional days when our feelings of brotherhood are reinforced, sharing, happiness and peace are experienced, and the values ​​that make us who we are are remembered once again.

Pointing out that Adana Union of Chambers of Craftsmen and Craftsmen is a big family with its 79 rooms serving in the center and in the districts, with the heads of the chambers, its managers and nearly 55 thousand active members, our President Niyazi Göger said, “We are a part of our region, both with the mass we represent, our total trade volume and our contribution to employment. We are the largest professional organization. Thanks to the unity, solidarity and brotherhood we have achieved, we have spent and continue to spend our strength to serve our tradesmen and craftsmen. As a result of our efforts to gather our tradesmen's chambers in Ceyhan under one roof, we allocated the old district police building, which is owned by the National Real Estate and in an idle state, to our Association. We will complete the renovation in a short time and put it into service in a manner befitting our tradesmen in Ceyhan. We also have good projects for Adana. Hopefully, I will share the good news of these with you as soon as possible."

Issues related to the agenda were also discussed during the feast. Noting that our tradesmen and artisans are the most affected by the restrictions applied during the pandemic period, our President Niyazi Göger said, “With the normalization process that started on July 1, the works of our tradesmen and artisans became active. However, despite all the warnings, the increasing number of cases in recent days shows that there is a complacency in complying with the measures. We must act carefully and cautiously so that this process does not turn against us. We must act with the awareness that the most effective method of combating the epidemic is vaccination, and we must have vaccinations to ensure social immunity. Even if we have been vaccinated, we must strictly comply with the measures, especially mask, distance and hygiene. If we take the precaution and act sensitively enough to comply with the rules, we will successfully emerge from the fight against the epidemic,” he said.
