Adana Chambers of Craftsmen and Craftsmen Union President Niyazi Göger said that the notification of turnover loss support to be given to businesses operating in food and beverage service activities due to the pandemic has been published in the Official Gazette and they expect that applications will start to be received in the coming days.

Reminding that the communiqué on the turnover loss support program and implementation principles to be given within the scope of support payments announced by our President in the past weeks has been published in the Official Gazette, our President Niyazi Göger said, “Within the scope of the published communiqué, those who continue their work that they started before the 2019 calendar year or in the 2019 calendar year and who continue their work in the 27/ Operating in the field of food and beverage with an active liability as of 1/22021, with a turnover of 3 million Turkish Liras or less in the 2019 calendar year, and whose turnover in the 2020 calendar year decreased by 50% or more compared to the turnover in the aforementioned year (having the general activity classification code NACE 56) ) businesses that are liable for value added tax will be able to benefit from their main field of activity only once.

Pointing out that the turnover loss support will be 3% of the decreasing amount of the turnover of the enterprises in the 2020 calendar year compared to the turnover in the 2019 calendar year, our President Niyazi Göger said, “The added value given for the taxation periods in 2019 and 2020 calendar years as of 27/1/2021 in determining the turnover of the enterprises. based on tax returns; Declarations (including correction statements) submitted for the periods in the 2019 and 2020 calendar years after the said date will not be taken into account in the turnover calculation.

With the support of loss of turnover within the scope of this Communiqué, businesses that deserve the grant support given within the scope of the second and third paragraphs of Article 3 of the President's Decree on the Support to be Given to Tradesmen, Craftsmen and Real Person Traders due to the Coronavirus Epidemic, dated 22/12/2020 and numbered 3323, The amount of 3.000 Turkish Liras they are entitled to within the scope of its decision is deducted from the loss of turnover support to be given within the scope of this Communiqué and the remaining amount, if any, will be given to these enterprises as loss of turnover support.

The support program application period will be announced on the website of the Ministry, not less than one month; Businesses that are entitled to benefit from loss of turnover support within the scope of this Communiqué will be able to apply via the internet address www.turkiye.gov.tr. The application can be made by those authorized to represent the business and the application and the attached undertaking will be approved electronically. Objections to be made by businesses that are entitled to benefit from loss of turnover support within the scope of the Communiqué can be made to the General Directorate within ten days from the date of application. The tax office records will be taken as basis in the evaluation of the objections.

Our President, Niyazi Göger, added that the turnover loss support payments to be paid at once, not less than 2.000 Turkish Liras and not more than 40.000 Turkish Liras, will be deposited into the bank account of the beneficiary of the support, which is notified during the application and verified in the electronic environment.
