In the upcoming period, our state will continue to support our tradesmen with new economic packages. I believe that as a result of the support provided and to be counted by our state, our tradesmen will come out stronger from this process."

PUBLIC BUS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THE LIMITATION

During the visit, where the problems of public transportation tradesmen were also brought to the agenda, our Union President Niyazi Göger stated that although there is a legal regulation on this issue, Private Public Bus tradesmen, who are the most important subject of public transportation, cannot receive sufficient support from the municipalities.

Emphasizing that Private Public Buses do not have a legal definition as in other commercial vehicles, each municipality determines working conditions with different applications, our President Niyazi Göger said that they want Private Public Buses to be included in the scope of the restriction.

Our President Niyazi Göger said, "Private public bus tradesmen, whose working principles are at the initiative of the municipalities, have uncertainty and anxiety about the future. With the legal regulation to be made, the criteria to be taken as a basis for operating Private Public Bus should be standardized throughout Turkey. Private Public Buses, which pay to municipalities such as per share and are subject to tax in the real method, should definitely be included in the scope of the restriction, and the rights of our tradesmen who directly and indirectly contribute to the municipalities that take the burden of the municipalities and cause serious damages in public transportation should be protected.

Jülide Sarıeroğlu, Deputy Chairman of the AK Party and Deputy of Adana, stated that she will discuss the requests regarding the restriction of Private Public Buses with the authorities and will support the studies to be done to solve the problem. Sarıeroğlu added that our state will continue to support the tradesmen and artisans affected by the pandemic.
